Step 10: Adding The Labels
Pick your font (in this tutorial I'm using Gothic821 Cn BT) and add
all of your text to a new layer. Call it 'Text' or something similar. Then
rasterize the layer, converting it to a bitmap, and add a stroke
layer style:

For the last time, click on the layer style's name above to see the exact
settings I used. These particular stroke settings will enhance the edge of
the font, making it stand out from the surface of the buttons.
I almost always convert my text layers to bitmaps, it's a lot easier to move
the words around once I can drag and drop the pixels directly. I can tweak
the spacing of phrases to make them better fit buttons, and I don't need to
rely on the line height to align text vertically. You can always add more new
vector text layers later, if you need to change the text.
